Decisions of purpose and power Pt. 1

God said in Hosea 4:6 (NLT) it is His people that are being destroyed because they don't know Him.

Today I want to give you the knowledge that the enemy has NO authority in your life. You are in Christ and He has broken the power of sin in your life. You have been given the authority to decide what you eat, how much you move and what choices you make to help or hinder your weight loss.

It is your decision to believe that you can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens you. At one point you were alienated from God and a slave to sin and yet at the decision to say YES to Christ and NO to the enemy then you became MASTER of every other decision you would need to make in your life. Decisions are backed by what you believe. So if you believe you have no choice in saying NO to chocolate then you will live being a slave to it. You have the power and ability to decide to eat right and lose weight. Jesus has given you authority over your body, your emotions and your life. And when you line up your words with the word of God you can't be stopped. No matter how many times you have NOT been able to lose weight you must with all your heart, all your soul and all your spirit DECIDE that today the battle to lose weight is not impossible to do.
Faith poured into your decisions= VICTORY.

Stop white knuckling ......

Today I admonish you to know that you are strong in the LORD and the power of His might to say NO to overeating and addictive foods. It is abiding in the word of God that causes us to be free. True deliverance is the power of God manifesting in your life.
Romans 6:4 says as we died with Christ we also were raised by the power of God that we may live new lives. The truth is that you have authority and power over your body, your mind and your will. And again I say to you that You can say NO to excess and addictive foods.

God has given us supernatural means to calm down our flesh and suppress your appetite. Exercise is a natural way to burn calories and suppress your appetite for more food which makes it pretty super in my book.

Somehow in our christian walk we think it is some REQUIRED of God for us to always be struggling or striving in our lives. We think we only suppose to have totally arrived when we get to heaven. The word of God tells us otherwise.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans for good and not disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
One of the keys to be victorious in our weight loss and eating is to DECIDE and DETERMINE that God is for us. He wants us to succeed. We get of Him as much as press in to receive from Him.
I believe there is nothing wrong with getting on a diet. I believe there is nothing wrong with exercise or any natural way to lose weight.
Yet as we work in the natural we are YET STILL believing in the supernatural for complete and lasting deliverance.
We should go forth eating right, exercising, praying and believing and like the 10 lepers in Luke 17 I we will be cleansed as we go.

Just say No

When the temptation comes to eat outside of hunger before you DO anything you have to remember to just say No. You have to say NO to your carnal appetite, you have to say NO to your flesh, you have to say NO to the neediness and emptiness of your soul when it seeks pleasure in food. I promise you that when you say NO to all of those things then the power of the Holy Spirit and the authority of Jesus WILL back you in this.

The Apostle Paul in several of his epistles talks of us having a new life in Christ. It is in this NEW LIFE that we must come to fully realize and act upon our NEW FOUND ability and authority to say NO to our sinful nature.

At first you may find yourself having to say NO over and over but as the opposition from within and against you see that you mean business they will easily and quickly surrender to the yielding of YOUR spirit. Remember that Jesus Christ said it is John 8:31-32 (NLT) that we must remain faithful to His teachings AND then we will know the truth AND the truth will set us free.

I have come to realize that the hardest part is NOT in saying NO once but it is remaining in the truth of our power and ability to keep saying NO that sets us free. That doesn't mean we should stay worried about tomorrow but just know that when tomorrow comes you have what it takes to conquer it just like you did today and you did yesterday. Life and Death is in the power of your tongue. You can take Jesus at His words that you can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it. Your NO all by itself is good but your NO backed up by the name of Jesus is unstoppable.

The enemy may try and tell you that you have tried too long and too hard and you will never be able to overcome this but today you must remind yourself that the devil is a liar and that there is no truth in him. Maybe your mind, will and emotions are not up for the fight but keep feeding to your spirit and your soul will have no choice but to come along for the victorious ride.

You have spent too much time believing and confessing how hard, difficult, impossible and uncomfortable eating right is for you. NOW IS THE TIME to feed your inner man the truth of how possible, easy and very doable THIS is for you.

The stronghold of overeating

Unless a person has dealt with the struggle of overeating for a long period of time then it easy to dismiss the severity of this stronghold. In the natural eating is the most natural and basis thing in the world for us to do. It seems almost silly to think that a person is not able to resist indulging in excess food. Some might think it is ludicrous to relate the temptation of sweets to the same temptation of using drugs. The statics of obesity rates from the Center of Disease Control show the alarmingly high rate of those who are obese and even morbidly obese.

For those of us in line with the statics we have looked at the stronghold of overeating as an invincible force that we can't seem to be free from in our lives. I think part of the problem has been looking at the power and might of overeating VS. the greatness and power of our God. I don't know about other people but there seems to be some kind of internal antsyness that my body and mind goes through at the thought of denial from overeating or eating sweets. It seems to be as soon as the decision is made then to eat right then all inner turmoil breaks loose inside of me. I am still praying and seeking God about exactly what that is about still...

But this I do know and that is that the word says the power of sin is broken in my life. That means despite what I feel, think or even have known in the past the urge and compulsion to overeat is NOT stronger the spirit of God in the inside of me.
The power of addiction can't not withstand the power of God at work in me, through me and for me. In this current Holy Week I have been studying and reading some on the blood of Jesus. And I have TRULY heard from God to add it my arsenal of weapons in my warfare over my food/eating struggles.

It is much needed for all of us to read about the power of the blood and to then cover ourselves, our minds, wills, emotions and appetite under His blood. We need to plead the blood of Jesus Christ against every attack of the enemy with the temptation to overeat.

As I read and study more I will expound more upon what God reveals to me...

We decree the truth..

I want to lose weight for all the RIGHT reasons. I feel the heart of every obese person who REALLY wants to conquer this thing and be done with it already.
I think about the words of the Apostle Paul that says in Romans 8:28 (NLT) That no matter the trouble, calamity in ALL these things overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. Also in Romans 10:9-10 (NLT) If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.
I know and believe-RIGHT NOW- that the price Jesus Christ made for my salvation on the cross includes SO MUCH MORE than eternal damnation. Don't get me wrong that would have been more than enough. But I thank HIM today that for Him it was not enough.
For a long time I really believed that I didn't have what it takes to stop overeating and lose weight. The truth is that on my own -I don't. But thanks be unto to Christ who does have it takes and He has even that power and authority to me. I decree that my EATING/FOOD problem is defeated in the name of Jesus. I decree to hold FIRMLY to my confession of faith concerning my victory over gluttony. I decree to live by faith in God's word to me and about me and not by sight of my actual numerical weight right now. I decree that nothing with my eating and weight loss is impossible with God.
I decree for myself and every person reading this message that TODAY IS OUR DAY OF VICTORY. I decree that we will stay committed and consistent to the faith work it takes to see our body manifest our victory over gluttony. I decree that no weapon formed against our weight loss shall prosper. I decree that we can eat right and lose weight through Christ Jesus who strengthens us.

Hello..Again

Romans 6:23 (NLT) For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.
The truth is that in the same way I have been ignoring this blog is the same way I ignored my commitment to posses Christ's victory for me about my eating. Now the truth is that I haven't lost my victory but for a moment I did let it go. I abandoned my freedom of victory and embraced my freedom of being able to eat what and how much of what I wanted. And now I face the truth today of what REAL FREEDOM really looks like to me.
Galatians 5:1 So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don't get tied up again in the slavery to the law.
The truth is that I really HATE overeating because it is doesn't feel good physically, mentally or emotionally. And for me I know that sugar and flour are addictive to my body and so when I eat them then my body wants (NO DEMANDS) more . The truth is that this desire is not me..but it is addiction, compulsion and habitual all speaking for me. Well the realest part of me (my spirit) speak for me to say NO to sin. The truth is regardless to how I feel or what my body thinks it wants or need I can say NO to overeating or any other sin. It may be hard at first but it will get easier the more I say NO to the sin and YES to the LORD. I have to learn that something may be hard but it is not impossible. The truth is that I really really really want this- the healthier, more attractive body. The everyday manifestation of godly controlled eating. So why do I keep slipping and falling? I think one reason is that I am NOT being alert to the temptations of the enemy. I keep thinking one little slip wont matter until it has turned into 3 weeks of overeating.

What real healing and deliverance looks like..Pt. 1

Time for a little transparency here with my eating.. I could be eating a lot less and a lot better than I have been the past week or so. I was under the deceptive impression that I could buy discounted Valentine's Day candy and eat it in moderation.
The candy which normally goes for about $4 bucks a bag was only . 50 cents and it seemed like such a good deal. The truth I now know is that what seems like a good monetary price was costing me in terms of my eating and weight. So this morning I threw the rest of it all out. Thank You Jesus.

This morning the Lord was talking to me about deliverance and victory.
Victory and deliverance are not just things you feel or experiences that you have they are FREEDOMS that you own. And when you get them you should no matter no matter how hard or how often you fall.. You are still free.
I really wish this deliverance in my eating would stick instantaneously in my heart but it is taking some faith time to cement it there. I know though that when it does become so my weight loss will manifest and be permanent.

One of the things the Holy Spirit had to show me is that I was trying to be spiritually strong about foods that I know are naturally addictive to my body.
It's an alcoholic saying Lord, help to me to show restraint and have one glass of wine at this social gathering.
I don't know where complete deliverance will take me but for NOW God is making it clear that there are some foods that I can't indulge in at all.
And in understanding freedom and deliverance I am ok with that. It took me a long to to truly say and accept I can NOT eat certain foods and I will still have an amazing life. In fact the freedom and deliverance is in knowing my indulge in those food were keeping me from having my best life possible.

So ask the Holy Spirit to continue to guide us in what walking out real victory looks like. Be Blessed, Manie

Are you aware of the options available to you?

This morning I was sitting down eating breakfast and as I was finishing up I and natural inclination was to automatically get up and get the last little bit left on the stove. As I was sitting there drinking my pink lemonade a thought ran through my mind that you are not hungry and you don't HAVE to eat that last little bit of food. What a minute..huh?.. I don't have to eat it? That Holy Ghost inspired thought caused me to think of that all the things I do when it comes to food that I think my mind thinks it HAS to do. The compulsive and habitual actions of overeating has caused my mind to go into a sort of autopilot when it comes to eating. Like for instance, night time eating is another major one for me. I have to tell myself that Law & Order SVU is just as interesting to watch without eating 2 bowls of cereal during each episode. It was like my sinful actions had programmed my mind to think that eating and certain actions go hand in hand. Like reading and driving also.
Part of our freedom in our eating is become conscious of our eating. Gone are days are eating with abandonment. We have to decide that we will eat ONLY until we are satisfied and not stuffed. We have to know that we have the option in God to say NO to excess foods or the wrong kinds of food.
I know that we have never known it for a long time but the word of Romans 6:14 lets us know that we have an option to say NO to sin.
Romans 6:14 (NLT) Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God's grace.
When we confess with out mouths and believe with our hearts on that word long enough that truth will manifest in our appetite. There are times when it doesn't seem like and it really doesn't feel it. Yet the truth is that YOU DO have the option to say NO. Tell yourself despite what I feel and despite the temptation I see in front of me I exercise my God given- God powered option to say NO.

Your authority and power to be free

Today I was reading through the book of John the 10th chapter and the Holy Ghost made some things rhema to me through the reading of His word.
First of all, I want to you know that in face of what you see and what you feel in your weight loss hold fast to your confession of freedom from the power to overeat.
The enemy wants to keep us tied to our past and the number of times we have started and failed in our attempts to lose weight. Yet today there is no attempt within us to lose weight but rather we are assured of our victory in Christ from overeating.
We have the authority from Christ to say NO to what we eat and how much we eat. Everyday whether it feels like it or looks like your spirit is getting stronger and stronger. Stay committed to your daily faith fight and rest assured .
THIS BATTLE HAS ALREADY BEEN WON FOR YOU.

Real Freedom

John 8:36 So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.
Even though in these messages I use phrases like losing or releasing weight TODAY I want to remind you that our real goal as we know it is FREEDOM from compulsive, addictive and habitual overeating. Once that freedom is confessed with our mouths and believed in our hearts in a consistent, committed and faithful manner then our bodies will exhibit weight loss.
There are times when I am sure that all of us lose focus of our real goal and get about the busyness of trying to lose weight and not maintain our freedom and deliverance. Today we must put and KEEP our focus back on God and what His word says about us and our freedom and deliverance. We must as much as needed confess in faith what His words says about our strength, our deliverance and our healing. We worship Him because We know that as His children our freedom is cemented and concrete. Gluttony is a spiritual problem and must be dealt with in a spiritual manner. There are tons of people that lost weight without God and those people deal with the issue of maintaining their weight loss everyday. They will tell you it is something that they feel they must deal with everyday. Well as a believer in Jesus Christ that is not my agenda. I am called to be free. Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

It really is worth the effort

I can gauge the kind of day I will experience in my eating based on the amount of word I get in and the amount of time I spend with in confessing the word specifically in regards to compulsive overeating.
I receive by faith that I am free from the sin of overeating with the price Jesus paid on the cross for me. I have received that by His stripes I have been FREE & HEALED in struggling with the addiction and sickness of overeating.
Still it takes daily effort for the freedom and healing to be manifested in my life by my faith work. When I have not made the effort to properly and amply feed my spirit then I will struggle to keep my flesh under control.
We can’t be lax in this effort because we know that the effort is worth the reward. We need to hold on to the hope that the day is SOON coming when our freedom from gluttony will be effortless but until that day comes we make the decision to make the effort. Be Blessed, Manie

VICTORY IS A DECISION

I want to encourage someone today to know that YOU are really able to do that which you have never done before. You can think, believe and speak yourself to supernatural warrior strength. Today you need to know that it means NOTHING that you may have failed a million times before. Today you can make the decision to believe in the power of God for your weight loss victory. It is the enemy that wants to keep you in bondage to you past WHILE GOD wants you propelled into your future.
It is written in Job 8:7 (CEV) Your future will be brighter by far than your past.
It is time today to think and believe yourself in to freedom. You already have the spiritual victory and your body is willing and able to manifest for you a natural victory. Be Blessed, Manie

Instant Gratification

It has been said that for us our natural inclination is to take the path of least resistance. In our world of super modern technology we have decided that it is not GOOD if it is not quick, instant or easy.
Yet the truth is that the easier things have become the less perseverance, endurance and patience we possess.
It is time for us to understand the best way is not always the easy way. The more we give into the demands of instant gratification the STRONGER the habit becomes. We have becomes addicts to easy, quick and instant way. We can't live without our microwaves, cell phones and dsl service.
Particularly when it comes to our losing weight the diet that looks that most appealing are the ones that promise the fastest, quickest and easiest results with the LEAST amount of work and effort. In our minds pain is a sign that is can't be done when it fact pain is our sign that it MUST be done. I think most of us will agree that this weight battle will be one of the hardest things we do in our lives. But the truth is HARD doesn't mean IMPOSSIBLE. God never promised us things would be easy but He did guaranteed us the victory. I made a decision that just because denying my flesh hurts that didn't mean denying my flesh shouldn't and couldn't be done. I use to errorneously think that I could eat NOT eat outside of hunger as long as it didn't hurt. Now I know pain or pain I can deny myself. Let us all make the decision to eat when our bodies say so and not the pain of not eating causes us to cave in.
These are the words of Jesus Christ at the end of Matthew 11:30 (MSG) I won't lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you'll learn to live freely and lightly.

You can WIN at losing!!

Some of you might question your desire to overeat and wonder if its you or the enemy. For a long time I thought the desire of overeating was truly me and that I needed to get my own flesh in line. I understand as Paul says that the sinful nature is always there but as you walk by faith and appropriate your victory by confessing God's word you will see yourself become more and more victorious in overcoming your sinful nature and not overeating. Every time you fall the enemy wants you to think that you just don't have what it takes to NOT overeat. There have been so many different diet and exercise plans that didn't work for us and through it all the enemy labeled us as quitters and failure. So now the enemy will say to you WAL (winning-at-losing) plan doesn't work and to try another plan or something else. But child of God what you have to realize is that what I am sharing with you is NOT a plan or something else. It is believing God and confessing His word to bring about your victory in overeating. All you need to your faith and your voice. The same faith and voice you use to confess for your salvation and deliverance in other areas of your life. The same God that saved you from an eternity in hell is the same God that now wants to save from a life of overeating despair.
This is not a natural solution you are involved in but it is supernatural assistance. Maybe some other plan failed you in the past BUT faith in God can never and will never fail you.
A major deception the enemy uses with our eating is to make us believe it is us that wants to eat and NOT him tempting us to eat. It is harder to fight something that you think YOU want to do in the first place. Today you need to know that compulsion and urge to overeat is not you but the enemy. You can command it to leave you (as many as times as it comes) in the name of Jesus. Also strengthen yourself to know that there is no urge, habit or compulsion that is greater than the name of Jesus. Be Blessed Manie

The big "D" word

Do you know why the diet industry is so lucrative and profitable. It is NOT because some diets work and others don't. The truth is that MOST if not all diets work if we are consistent and committed to eating the way they dictate us too. The truth is that we are looking to find the diet plan that is easy and take basically no effort or our part. When we don't find that in Diet Plan A or Diet Plan B then we go looking for Diet Plan C. So in the meantime the diet industry makes money due to own lack of commitment. The truth in total is that our eating has LESS to do with what we are eating and more about what is eating us. We have made it a habit to stuff our faces to block out the real issues. Even we get to the point of being able to cope without the food it is too late because overeating has become a habit.
We are looking for a diet to DO for us the one thing we really need and that is too be DENIED. One of the complaints I hear from myself and even others who are dieting is trying to avoid or cope with hunger. The truth for most of us is that we have such an unhealthy with food that as well we have an unhealthy relationship with REAL hunger. It makes sense to be feel hungry when we first start eating RIGHT because normally WE eat too much and so to eat RIGHT means eating in moderation and what feels like hunger to our souls is not hunger to our bodies.
For most of our bodies HUNGER is a welcome thing. It is a relief to our organs to have some time off from constantly processing food .
On the spiritual side denial pushes away from the table and makes our flesh a little weaker and our spirits a lot stronger.
Today you need to know that You can deny yourself. You can have the power to say NO to your appetite and your flesh. To those who are overweight it is NOT a bad thing to go hungry. I have to tell myself I can be hungry and it will not hurt me but in fact help me.
My flesh has been FED too much this far in my life that is why it is so strong in trying to fight me against not overeating. Because in the past I gave in so much my willpower and self control have been basically ignored to the point that they have been starved to death.
Glory to God the bible God is not the God of the dead but of the living. He is able to resurrect and call to life those things that have long been dead in our lives.
In the name of Jesus we speak life to self-control and will power. We will continue to give life and feed these attributes with the word of God.
We will speak life to our will power that we can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens us. Manie

Something to do..

In the past I have looked at losing weight as something on my TO DO list and once I was finished I could scratch it off and move on to the next thing. The problem with that way of thinking was unfortunately a lot of times REAL LIFE got in the way. There are lots of modern day conveniences in our attempt to eat better like the menus at fast food restaurants have a healthier option. But I am can almost guarantee that if I am in the drive thru of the place with the golden arches the last thing I want is something healthy to eat.
The message I am teaching is that losing weight is NOT something to do but a way to live. I don't want to do something for 2 weeks that I can't maintain on some level for the next 20 years. This is MORE about eating and living healthier than it is about losing weight. When I nourish my body with a more moderate and healthier amount of food then it will let go of the reserves of fat. Today I realize that losing weight has less to do with what I am feeding my body and MORE of what I am feeding my spirit. Every day I meditate on the truth that my eating doesn't gage my victory the truth is I have the victory over my eating and so I eat right.
It is written in Romans 6:5-7 Since we have been united with him in his death, we will also be raised to life as he was. We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin. For when we died with Christ we were set free from the power of sin.

Doing what you have never done..

to receive what you never had.
We have all heard about that old adage before but never in my life have I lived it and known it to be so true as this TIME in my life. One of the most important things you will hear me teach about losing weight is NOT about an eating plan or an exercise regimen. It involves appropriating your victory in Christ Jesus through your faith in HIM and also the power of your word confessions.
Today I want to testify about a noticeable decrease in my appetite and I know it is because of what I believe and also what I am saying to myself and my body. One of my daily confessions is that In Jesus name my appetite doesn't LORD over me but it is conformed to the will and purposes of God in my life. According to Hebrews 4:14 I hold firmly my confession morning, noon and night.
Also I speak to my body to release weight swiftly, easily and safely in Jesus Name. This is all biblical because Jesus Himself talked to things as well. Jesus talked to a fig tree, a fever and even the wind.
I believe that I can HAVE what I say and I pray today that you get this revelation and believe and say the same for yourself.

Switch your focus

Today I want to say to you STOP and switch your focus on NOT failing but to always WINNING. The truth is that in whatever manner you focus on something that THING will expand and get bigger in your mind. Only think of winning and make it become so BIG in your mind and heart that you have ROOM for nothing else. Be Blessed, Manie

Lordship

In reading this word today I hope that you will receive them being full of faith and positioned to receive. Pray it to be so NOW in Jesus Name.
Romans 6:14 Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God's grace.
The good news today is that you don't have to accept and follow the feelings and thoughts to overeat or to eat foods that hurt instead of nourish your body. I can't tell you what those foods are for you but the word of God says that everything is permissible but not everything is beneficial.
There is freedom available for you if you receive the word of the LORD that old eating habits can't lord over you. In Christ you are a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come. It is TIME for you today to take YOUR stand over that which was and speak forth that which now is. I tell my flesh that it can't lord over me and that I am strong in the LORD to eat right and the power of His might to eat right. Even if you don't fully believe it speak it enough and it will be your reality. The truth today is your appetite is yielded to the balance and control of the Holy Ghost. If you continue in this truth you will be set free. Sin can't lord over you. Your flesh can't lord over you. satan can't lord over you. Be Blessed, Manie

It is written...

Matthew 4:4 (NLT) But Jesus told him, "No! The scripture say, 'People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.
In losing weight the LORD has spoke to my spirit that the focus is not about starving my flesh but about feeding my spirit. Because of all my numerous attempts and failures at losing weight my faith was MOSTLY in defeat and not in the victory that I could ever lose weight.
So every morning before I think about a food plan or exercise I feed my spirit to get me through the day. I meditate on the truth that I live by faith that I can lose weight and not sight that I haven't been able to lose weight. I feed my spirit faith food that with God it is possible for me to say NO to excess food and addictive food.
Before crunching on a apple or cooking oatmeal I chew on the word that I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me. I spend time feeding my inner man and crucifying my flesh.
I recommended taking at least 30 mins daily or MORE depending on your struggle to feed on God's word and fatten up your spirit and strengthen your faith. The truth is that YOU are well able to lose weight and eat right. The truth is that like Jesus did in Matthew 4:4 you combat the enemy's tactics with the written word of God. Be Blessed, Manie

View from the top

In our quest to lose weight we don't start from an angle of ATTEMPT but from the position of VICTORY. How we look at ourselves and our attempt to lose weight will dictate how things turn out for us. What is the mental picture that you have of yourself in your head? Do you see yourself as STRONG in the Lord and the power of His might. Do you see yourself as the HEAD and not the tail or as on TOP and never on the bottom. Do you see yourself YIELDED to the power and control of the Holy Spirit. Do you see yourself as more than a conqueror in Christ with your weight loss. Because the GOD's truth is that if you are not then you should be. We are able like the word tells us in Romans 4:17 to call those things that be not as though they were. You are not a compulsive overeater. You are not a food or carb addict. You are free because the Son has made you free. By His stripes you are healed from the compulsion to overeat. Our flesh, our feelings and our appetite can NOT lord over us any longer because it is written He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves. Today you need to know that in His kingdom there is freedom and liberation.
Today I ask you is your VIEW of your victory based on the number on your scale or the reduction in your waistline. Of course those things are coming but FIRST receive it by faith that you are healed, delivered and free and then that truth will manifest from your heart to your body. You will see your flesh shrivel up and die under your command in the Name of Jesus for it to do so.
Lastly I ask you what is your perception on losing weight? Are you looking outside of God and yourself for some EXPERT opinion of what it best for you or have asked and received from the Holy Spirit truth and wisdom about your own body in order to release weight. It is false and deceptive to think that losing weight is about giving up fattening and sugary food and having to exercise. It is only as HARD as you tell yourself it is. I am not focused on losing weight but I am FOCUSED on gaining life. You will have what you say. So if you look at losing weight as being hard, laborious and depriving then that is what the experience will be for you. Each day confess that with God it is possible for you to stay NO to excess and addictive foods.
