What real healing and deliverance looks like..Pt. 1

Time for a little transparency here with my eating.. I could be eating a lot less and a lot better than I have been the past week or so. I was under the deceptive impression that I could buy discounted Valentine's Day candy and eat it in moderation.
The candy which normally goes for about $4 bucks a bag was only . 50 cents and it seemed like such a good deal. The truth I now know is that what seems like a good monetary price was costing me in terms of my eating and weight. So this morning I threw the rest of it all out. Thank You Jesus.

This morning the Lord was talking to me about deliverance and victory.
Victory and deliverance are not just things you feel or experiences that you have they are FREEDOMS that you own. And when you get them you should no matter no matter how hard or how often you fall.. You are still free.
I really wish this deliverance in my eating would stick instantaneously in my heart but it is taking some faith time to cement it there. I know though that when it does become so my weight loss will manifest and be permanent.

One of the things the Holy Spirit had to show me is that I was trying to be spiritually strong about foods that I know are naturally addictive to my body.
It's an alcoholic saying Lord, help to me to show restraint and have one glass of wine at this social gathering.
I don't know where complete deliverance will take me but for NOW God is making it clear that there are some foods that I can't indulge in at all.
And in understanding freedom and deliverance I am ok with that. It took me a long to to truly say and accept I can NOT eat certain foods and I will still have an amazing life. In fact the freedom and deliverance is in knowing my indulge in those food were keeping me from having my best life possible.

So ask the Holy Spirit to continue to guide us in what walking out real victory looks like. Be Blessed, Manie

Real Freedom

John 8:36 So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.
Even though in these messages I use phrases like losing or releasing weight TODAY I want to remind you that our real goal as we know it is FREEDOM from compulsive, addictive and habitual overeating. Once that freedom is confessed with our mouths and believed in our hearts in a consistent, committed and faithful manner then our bodies will exhibit weight loss.
There are times when I am sure that all of us lose focus of our real goal and get about the busyness of trying to lose weight and not maintain our freedom and deliverance. Today we must put and KEEP our focus back on God and what His word says about us and our freedom and deliverance. We must as much as needed confess in faith what His words says about our strength, our deliverance and our healing. We worship Him because We know that as His children our freedom is cemented and concrete. Gluttony is a spiritual problem and must be dealt with in a spiritual manner. There are tons of people that lost weight without God and those people deal with the issue of maintaining their weight loss everyday. They will tell you it is something that they feel they must deal with everyday. Well as a believer in Jesus Christ that is not my agenda. I am called to be free. Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

It really is worth the effort

I can gauge the kind of day I will experience in my eating based on the amount of word I get in and the amount of time I spend with in confessing the word specifically in regards to compulsive overeating.
I receive by faith that I am free from the sin of overeating with the price Jesus paid on the cross for me. I have received that by His stripes I have been FREE & HEALED in struggling with the addiction and sickness of overeating.
Still it takes daily effort for the freedom and healing to be manifested in my life by my faith work. When I have not made the effort to properly and amply feed my spirit then I will struggle to keep my flesh under control.
We can’t be lax in this effort because we know that the effort is worth the reward. We need to hold on to the hope that the day is SOON coming when our freedom from gluttony will be effortless but until that day comes we make the decision to make the effort. Be Blessed, Manie

VICTORY IS A DECISION

I want to encourage someone today to know that YOU are really able to do that which you have never done before. You can think, believe and speak yourself to supernatural warrior strength. Today you need to know that it means NOTHING that you may have failed a million times before. Today you can make the decision to believe in the power of God for your weight loss victory. It is the enemy that wants to keep you in bondage to you past WHILE GOD wants you propelled into your future.
It is written in Job 8:7 (CEV) Your future will be brighter by far than your past.
It is time today to think and believe yourself in to freedom. You already have the spiritual victory and your body is willing and able to manifest for you a natural victory. Be Blessed, Manie

Doing what you have never done..

to receive what you never had.
We have all heard about that old adage before but never in my life have I lived it and known it to be so true as this TIME in my life. One of the most important things you will hear me teach about losing weight is NOT about an eating plan or an exercise regimen. It involves appropriating your victory in Christ Jesus through your faith in HIM and also the power of your word confessions.
Today I want to testify about a noticeable decrease in my appetite and I know it is because of what I believe and also what I am saying to myself and my body. One of my daily confessions is that In Jesus name my appetite doesn't LORD over me but it is conformed to the will and purposes of God in my life. According to Hebrews 4:14 I hold firmly my confession morning, noon and night.
Also I speak to my body to release weight swiftly, easily and safely in Jesus Name. This is all biblical because Jesus Himself talked to things as well. Jesus talked to a fig tree, a fever and even the wind.
I believe that I can HAVE what I say and I pray today that you get this revelation and believe and say the same for yourself.
